Automotive Retailers (Flexible Delivery)

Katapult now offers more flexibility, enabling more of our automotive retailers to use WooCommerce's flexible delivery and installation option.

We do not currently support:

• Retailers outside of the automotive category
• Other eCommerce platforms

Please Note

1. This configuration is intended for standard WooCommerce setups using native shipping methods.
2. Non-standard delivery plugins or third-party shipping extensions are not currently supported.

WooCommerce Delivery Types & Katapult Mapping

WooCommerce provides a limited number of native shipping methods. The following delivery types are supported and have been mapped to their corresponding Katapult delivery types to align with our platform's service expectations:

Definitions

• Shiptome: Items are shipped directly to the customer’s provided address.
• Shiptoshop: Items are delivered to a local store or installation partner for pickup and/or installation.

For large automotive retailers that offer expanded delivery options, we can explore custom delivery type mapping as part of our onboarding and configuration process. Please reach out to your Implementation Manager to discuss these options
