OpenCart Cancellations
Overview
Katapult allows its merchants to cancel orders from the OpenCart admin portal.
Before getting started
Partial Adjustments
Katapult does not allow for price adjustments to be made from the OpenCart admin portal. To make a price adjustment to an order, reach out to Katapult customer service at 833-KATAPULT (833-528-2785).
Please keep in mind that in order for the cancellation to process successfully for a full cancellation, you will need to refund the entire value of the product and cannot withhold any funds from the customer.
Order Cancellation
Step 1. Login to your admin panel > go to Sales > select Orders
Step 2. Locate the order you want to cancel > select > View
Step 3: Scroll down to order status and select Canceled
Step 4: Click on Add History at the bottom of the page to modify the order
Partial Cancellation
Step 1. Login to your admin panel > go to Sales > select Orders
Step 2. Locate the order you want to cancel > click on the drop-down and select > Edit Order
Step 3. Continue to last tab Totals and go to Update the quantity of the product you want to cancel
Step 4. Update the order status to Partially Refunded and Save
